The Only Thing Certain

I was hoping that they were like me and would want to hover at 39 for as long as they could.
But no.
The US Postal Service has proposed raising the price of a stamp two cents.
This will blow us past the perfect 40 cent stamp that would have made a book of 20 an even 8 dollars.
At 41 cents a piece I would have to purchase 100 stamps at one time in order to avoid change. This got me thinking about....

The lengths I have gone to in my life to avoid change.

I have to believe with the Internet cutting into their business, I am surprised they don't raise it more. About the only thing I mail out these days are cards. All my bills are sent through the computer and paid through the computer.

...And thank you for the comment on Spider's post Monday. I busted out laughing!

I don't usually comment here on my own blog....but yes Bobby you are right. I am in awe and amazed how you and other bloggers I respect open up emotionally. For me, it is a process. The fact that I can write ANYTHING down is more than what I was able to do a year ago. I am hopeful that I will be able to share more soon....thanks for sticking with me.

Considering when I was born, back when we sent letters by way of horseback, it was $0.05 to mail a letter... and we are going to $0.41 - that is a $0.39 increase in 47 years...

WHY I am mentioning this I have no fucking idea... it seemed like a good idea when I started out... Is it Friday yet?

Michael... You have always been a special seed in my garden!

You bloom when you need to! The sun comes up every day so when you are ready, it will be there.... just like I will be there...

xoxo
I love you

Bobby
